We have the place for you to bring your idea to life - ALA is offering two Activation Zones in the busy McCormick Place West Concourse, and one on the exhibit floor. These 15’ x 15’ areas provide exhibitors a space to promote your brand via experiential marketing. Think outside the box… activation opportunities could include a specialty beverage break, interactive game, character appearance, etc. ALA has a menu of options or create your own. Each area is available for half day events.
All Activation Zones are intended to be custom, unique and engaging, therefore sponsor activation must be approved by Show Management. No distributing of bags or lanyards is permitted within your contracted sponsorship space. Exhibitor is responsible for all additional costs associated with their activation (catering, audio-visual, electrical, labor, etc.).
